En pleno conflicto social en Espinar y Cajamarca y a tres años de los lamentables sucesos en Bagua y que dejó un trágico saldo entre muertos, heridos y detenidos, la Asociación Pro derechos Humanos – APRODEH y la Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos- CNNDHH, presentarán la situación actual de los casos de las víctimas y de los indígenas procesados. También contaremos con los testimonios de los familiares de las víctimas.
Asimismo, se presentará un análisis sobre los peligros del conflicto en Espinar y Cajamarca y la similitud con los sucesos de Bagua así como el papel y la responsabilidad del estado frente a los conflictos socio ambientales.
El panel estará a cargo de:
- Francisco Soberón, Director Ejecutivo de la APRODEH
- Sr. Felipe Bazán, papá del Mayor Bazán quien desde hace tres años persigue la búsqueda de su hijo desaparecido el 5 de Junio del 2009
- Sr. Leodoro Gonzales, presidente de la Asociación de Víctimas, Familiares y Heridos del 05 de Junio del 2009 – AVIFHE, organización que agrupa a 26 familiares y víctimas de Amazonas.
- Sr. Santiago Manuin, Líder indígena herido el 5 de Junio por impacto de bala, actual Consejero Regional de Amazonas.
- Dra. Melissa Ramírez (APRODEH), Abogada en los procesos judiciales de las víctimas y familiares que se siguen en Utcubamba y Bagua.
- Dr. Juan José Quispe (IDL), Abogado de indígenas denunciados.
Para entrevistas adicionales, contaremos con la presencia de:
- Sra. Josefina Wagari, Esposa de Feliciano Cahuasi (indígena detenido desde hace 3 años en el Penal de Huancas)
- Sra. Fanuela Sanchún, esposa de Danny López (indígena detenido Durante 3 años en el Penal de Huancas)
- Padre Fermín Rodríguez, párroco de Chiriaco que apoya a Asterio Pujupat (con prisión domiciliaria lejos de su comunidad, luego del exceso de carcelería)
- Sr. Edwin Montenegro, Dirigente indígena de la organización Regional de los Pueblos Indígenas del Norte – ORPIAN
- Sra. Rosalía Yampis, lidereza indígena que apoya a las mujeres y familias desde los sucesos del 2009.
- Sr. Jhon Estela Martínez, Mototaxista que recibió un impacto de bala y perdió la pierna.
